1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of corestrident.com (the “Site”) and any trip itinerary requests you submit through the Site. The Site provides planning guidance and itinerary-related information. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant page, the Site does not sell transportation tickets, accommodation, or other services in your name; any bookings and contracts for those services are handled by the relevant suppliers or service providers.

2. Eligibility and responsibility

By using the Site and submitting requests, you confirm that you are able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

If you are requesting itineraries or services on behalf of another person, you must have their permission to share the necessary details and you remain responsible for compliance with these Terms.

3. Information you provide

You agree not to provide false, misleading, or unlawful information. When you submit a request, you may include personal data. The Site processes such data in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.

You acknowledge that travel involves uncertainties (including weather, scheduling changes, and third-party supplier conditions). We do not guarantee availability, timings, prices, or outcomes of travel arrangements unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.
